We have recently designed and manufactured Cheese Portion Cutters, Grating Lines and a Soft Cheese Plant.

The MCE
Mobile Mini Dairy System (MMDS) has been designed and developed
to meet the needs of small and medium sized farmers and others involved
in the dairy processing industry. The MMDS is based on extensive
market research of existing systems throughout the World and the
technical know-how in the industry today.
The standard system will process from 200 - 1000 litres per day. The mobile system, which can be housed in a self-contained 20-foot "transport type" container, has a capacity of approximately 500 litres a day (8 hours).
